Ingredients :-Coriander, Chilli, Fennel, Ginger, Green Cardamom, Salt, Cumin, Dry Mango, Fenugreek, Mustard Seeds, Caraway, Lemon Concentrate, Cinnamon

Recipe 1 :-Slit lengthwise 6 large green chillies from one side and fill into it mixture of 3 tsp Aeroplane Achari Chicken/ Meat Masala and 2 tbsp lemon juice. In a pan heat oil, add 1 chopped onion, 2 tsp ginger garlic paste and 500 gms of chicken/meat. Fry for 2 mins. Now add 3 tbsp Aeroplane Achari Chicken/ Meat Masala , ½ cup yogurt, ½ cup tomato puree and add some water. Cover and cook on low heat for 20 to 30 minutes. Sitr once in a while. Now add spiced chillies and mix well. Allow it to simmer on low flame to enhance flavours. Adjust salt and chilli according to taste. Serve with Naans and Parathas.

 

Note: For acharipaneer, replace meat with paneer or any vegetable and follow same method. - Chilli & Salt to taste.
