Ingredients   :-Coriander, Red Chilly, Black Pepper, Turmeric, Black Cardamom, Caraway, Cloves, Cinnamon, Mustard, Asafoetida, Dry Mango, Bay Leaves, Kachri, Dry Ginger, Nutmeg, Cumin, Mace, Fennel Seeds and Salt

Recipe 1 :-AmritsariCholle Recipe:-


Ingredients:-

  • 100 gmskabulichanna
  • 2 chopped onions
  • 1 tsp ginger garlic paste
  • 2 slits of green chillies
  • 2 tomatoes chopped
  • 1 tsp AEROPLANE RED CHILLI POWDER
  • ½ tsp AEROPLANE TURMERIC POWDER
  • 1 tsp AEROPLANE CORIANDER POWDER
  • 1 tbsp AEROPLANE PUNJABI CHOLLE MASALA

 

Method:-

  • Soak  kabulichana overnight. Cook and keep aside.
  • Heat oil, stir fry onions until golden brown.
  • Mix in ginger, garlic paste and slit green chillies, stir for some time, then mix in chopped tomatoes, Aeroplane red chilly powder, coriander powder, Aeroplane turmeric powder.
  • Now add Aeroplane Punjabi Chole Masala and fry on slow flame for 3 mins.
  • Add salt and boiled chickpeas. Mix well and cook. For added flavor can add ½ tsp of Aeroplane Chat Masala.

 

Recipe 2 :-Masaledaar Hara Channa Recipe:-

Ingedients:- 

  • 1.4 kg Hara Chana 
  • 50ml oil 
  • 2 tsp ginger chopped 
  • ½ tsp cumin seeds
  •  ¼ tsp AEROPLANE HING 
  • salt  to taste
  • 4 tbsp AEROPLANE CHOLLE MASALA
  • Lemon juice 
  • 4 – 5 chopped green chillies
  • chopped coriander leaves

Method:-

  • Heat oil, add cumin, ginger, green chilli, and saute for 2 minutes.
  • Add harachanna and cook until done.
  • Add AEROPLANE CHOLLE MASALA, salt and lemon juice .
  • Garnish harachana  with chopped coriander and serve hot.
